Delay to publication of half-year report

The Company announces that, as a result of its ongoing administration process, the Company will not be in a position to publish its half year financial results for the period 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive) by 30 September 2026, being the final date allowed for publication under DTR 4.2.2R(2). Should the Company exit administration, the Company will remain suspended from its listing on the Official List and the Company’s ordinary shares will remain suspended from trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange until such time as the half year financial results for the period have been published.
