BURBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company")
TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.8.2, the Company announces that on 23 September 2026 2,839,220 Ordinary shares of 0.05 pence per share ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from treasury to the Burberry Group Plc ESOP Trust to satisfy awards granted under the Company's employee share schemes for nil consideration.
Following the transfer, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 363,852,644 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 363,852,644 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
