BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
IMI plc ("IMI" or the "Company") announces that an application has been made for a block listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 28 4/7 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to become effective on or around 16 September 2026 ("Block Listing"). The Block Listing relates to the Company's US Stock Purchase Plan. The Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
