ECO Animal Health Group plc (AIM: EAH), a leading global animal health company developing and marketing branded veterinary products to improve livestock productivity and welfare, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 ("Annual Report"), Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies by post.

The Company will hold its AGM at the offices of Singer Capital Markets, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London, EC2N 2AX on Tuesday 8 September 2026 at 09.30am BST.
