The Gym Group plc (the "Company") announces between 13 - 17 April it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each through Peel Hunt LLP.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
