Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2025

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that on 9 April 2026, (in compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R and 6.3.5R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules) it has submitted copies of the Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2025, (the 'Annual Report') to the National Storage Mechanism in full unedited text (together with this announcement).

The Annual Report is expected to be posted today to those shareholders that have elected to received hard copies of shareholder communications.
