Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025
The Gym Group announces that the following documents have today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders:
· The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("2024 Annual Report"); and
· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025 ("AGM").
The above follows the announcement on 14 March 2025 of the publication of the Company's 2024 Annual Report (RNS: 7455A).
In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, the 2024 Annual Report and Notice of AGM have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and should shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Copies of the 2024 Annual Report and the Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.tggplc.com/.
The Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 8 May 2025 at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, 7th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 2AT.
