| Announcement Detail | ACWA Power Company announces that on the 2nd of April 2024 it has received a notice from the Sirdarya CCGT Independent Power Project (“IPP”) confirming achieving partial commercial operation date following the receipt of the Commercial Operation Certificate from the National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan. With this additional capacity of 461 MW, total online capacity under commercial operation reached 918 MW out of the 1,500 MW total plant capacity. ACWA Power owns a 51% stake in the Sirdarya CCGT IPP project located in Shirin City, Sirdarya region, Uzbekistan. The Company expects financial impact from operation to be reflected from 2Q 2024 on. |
