Company overview
Provision of all mobile telecommunications services in the Kingdom after obtaining the necessary licenses from the CITC, build, own, maintain, operate, manage, and develop communication networks and associate facilities on a commercial basis in the kingdom. The Company has entered into a management agreement with Zain Group pursuant to which the Group will provide management, technical and operational services to the Company, including key management personnel.
