Result of 2026 AGM
12 June 2026. Animalcare Group plc confirms that all the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") today were duly passed. All resolutions were decided on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 to 15 were passed as special resolutions. The voting results are given below.
