Local Shopping REIT PLC - Transactions in Own Shares



Local Shopping REIT PLC announces that on 25 September 2007 it purchased from
JPMorgan Cazenove Limited 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 122 pence per
share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above
purchase, Local Shopping REIT PLC holds 1,953,750 ordinary shares in treasury
and has 98,539,040 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
