Local Shopping REIT PLC - Transactions in Own Shares



Local Shopping REIT PLC announces that on 4 September 2007 it purchased from
JPMorgan Cazenove Limited 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 129 pence per
share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above
purchase, Local Shopping REIT PLC holds 78,750 ordinary shares in treasury and
has 100,414,040 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
