The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") confirms that the printed version of its annual report for the year ended 30 September 2018, have been mailed to the Company's members. 

The annual report is also available on the Company's web site: www.localshoppingreit.co.uk.  A copy will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

The Company announced its results for the year ended 30 September 2018 on 10 December 2018.
