allotment on 2 May 2007 of 641,521 of the Company's ordinary shares of nominal
value of 20 pence to the trustee of the Company's employee benefit trust, LSR
Trustee Limited (announced via RNS on 3 May 2007), the total number of the
Company's shares in issue is 96,595,544 ordinary shares of nominal value of 20
pence.
