Avoiding Conflict of Interest
All Employees are expected to act in the best interests of the Company while discharging their duties and are required to avoid situations where their personal interest conflicts or appears to conflict with their ability to take decisions in the best interest of the Company. In unavoidable situations, the existing potential or perceived conflicts of interest needs to be disclosed to the CEO and Compliance Officer in the manner prescribed by the Company.
